Our 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training In Kerala, India starts on the 7th and continues till the 3rd of next month. On the day of Arrival, students are warmly welcomed in the traditional Indian style.

Then, on the same day, students are given their rooms to prepare for the rest of the day. For the next step, they proceed to the office to complete registration formalities or address any course-related queries. Yoga aspirants are then served with satvic meals, after which the program begins with a short orientation and an opportunity to connect with other yoga student, helping everyone feel familiar and at ease. The day concludes with the sacred fire ceremony, where students are dressed in white, complementing the ceremony even more beautifully. It’s an ancient Vedic ritual symbolising a fresh start, because the fire ceremony is believed to purify the space, remove negative energies, and create a sacred environment for learning and practice.

The YTTC sessions begin on the second day, i.e. on the 8th, where students step into their yoga journey by exploring advanced variations of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and yoga therapy.
