Our Policy

Code of Conduct Policy

Rishikul Yogshala is committed to maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct and behavioral integrity among its management, employees, staff, trainers, and trainees.

Our Code of Conduct outlines the following principles:

  • Respect and Integrity: We expect all individuals associated with our school to treat each other with respect, honesty, and fairness. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Professionalism:We encourage professionalism in all interactions within our community. This includes maintaining appropriate boundaries, confidentiality, and responsibility in fulfilling roles and responsibilities.
  • Adherence to Policies and Regulations:All members are expected to adhere to the policies and regulations set forth by Rishikul Yogshala. This includes compliance with local laws and regulations governing our operations.
  • Conflict Resolution:In the event of conflicts or disputes, individuals are encouraged to address them promptly and constructively through established channels of communication. Resolution should be sought in a respectful and collaborative manner.
  • Promotion of Positive Environment:We strive to foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes learning, growth, and mutual support. Individuals are encouraged to contribute positively to the community and uphold the reputation of Rishikul Yogshala.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of enrollment or employment, depending on the severity and nature of the infraction.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Rishikul Yogshala maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment of any kind. Harassment is defined as any unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical, or visual, that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. This includes, but is not limited to, sexual harassment, discriminatory harassment, physical harassment, personal harassment, and online harassment.

We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all individuals associated with our school. Any reports of harassment will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to address the situation. Confidentiality will be maintained to the fullest extent possible, and individuals who come forward to report harassment will be protected from retaliation.

Anti-Retaliation Policy

Rishikul Yogshala prohibits retaliation against individuals who report violations of our Code of Conduct or Anti-Harassment Policy. We understand that coming forward with concerns or experiences can be difficult, and we are committed to ensuring the safety and comfort of those who choose to speak up.

Any acts of retaliation will be treated as a serious violation of our policies and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of enrollment or employment. We encourage open communication and transparency in addressing concerns, and we will take all necessary steps to protect individuals from retaliation.

Grievance Policy

Rishikul Yogshala provides a constructive mechanism for individuals to voice their concerns through our Grievance Policy.

Individuals who have complaints or grievances are encouraged to follow the procedures outlined below:

  • Filing a Complaint: Complaints should be submitted in writing to the designated grievance officer, along with any relevant information or evidence supporting the complaint.
  • Investigation: Upon receipt of a complaint, Rishikul Yogshala will conduct a prompt and impartial investigation to gather facts and assess the validity of the complaint.

Tuition and Refund Policy

Rishikul Yogshala is transparent in its tuition and refund policies to ensure clarity and fairness for all students.

Our policies are as follows:

  • Tuition Payment: Tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon through a payment plan or other arrangement.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are permitted in accordance with applicable consumer protection and other laws. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration office.
