Our Yoga Teacher Training curriculum is recognised by the Yoga Alliance. Each course covers almost the same topics but at different intensities and durations. 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Curriculum

Techniques, Training And Practice: 100 Hours

In this section, you will learn several techniques in your chosen yoga style. You will practice the basic asanas and build your skills in practicing poses easily and confidently.
