  • The 200 Hour YTTC: Applicants should have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at a Yoga Alliance-recognised school and have a desire to specialise in prenatal and postnatal yoga teaching.
  • Enthusiasm for Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga: You should feel compelled to help pregnant women. You'll be trying to explain to them how to maintain their strength, balance, and General health during this special time.
