- Slowly return to the neutral position and try the other side, repeating the same process for the left side.

2. Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle Pose)

- Hold for 30-60 seconds, contracting your core or abdominals, and concentrate on the stretch/twist here.
- Inhale to come back up to standing, then repeat on the other side.

- Then lower your knees to the mat and rest in child’s pose to relax the back spine and body.

2. Plough Pose (Halasana)

- To come into the neutral position, slowly roll your spine down vertebra by vertebra, lowering your legs back to the mat. Rest in Shavasana to rest.

How to practise –
- Find a peaceful place where you can practice without getting distracted
- Then, in a comfortable place, sit with your back spine straight and your shoulders relaxed.
- Close your eyes, be present in the moment without thinking, and try to focus on your breath by taking deep, slow inhales and exhales.
- Begin the first breath by inhaling deeply and exhaling forcefully through your nose. Use the lower abdominal muscles to push the air out. This process helps activate the internal organs, stimulate the digestive system, and remove toxins from the lungs.

2. Anulom Vilom
