Enjoy the solace at our peaceful resort located away from the chaos and hustle-bustle of Varkala. The accommodation is an epitome of elegance and tranquility, where the comfortable rooms are crafted to perfection. There are over 1500 palm trees around the campus in the lush green surroundings and a mesmerizing lake runs right next to the boundary. The cocoon style architecture makes you feel different, the wooden furniture warms up your heart, and the large windows open up as if you are sitting in the laps of nature. In an ambient environment, nurture your mind, body, and soul thoroughly and extensively. It is a delightful setting to simply unwind and relax.

Food

Participants of the program are served vegetarian meals three times a day. The meals are prepared by the expert chefs at our center by infusing the goodness of Ayurveda with local delicacies. The meals usually consist of rice, lentil soup, chapattis, vegetables, khichdi and salads along the choice of tea, coffee or fruit juice. Fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables are a regular part of the diet for the students. The option of a customized diet can also be considered upon request.
