If you want to turn your yoga practice into a real journey of self-discovery, our 100-hour training in Goa is the perfect place to start. This course helps you understand how yoga truly impacts your life. Many people try yoga through apps or local classes. But it can be hard to really “feel” the practice or understand the deeper meaning behind it on your own. This course is designed to change that. It clears up the confusion and builds your inner confidence. It shows you the way forward. At Rishikul Yogshala, our experienced teachers will walk you through every step.
We know that not everyone can take an entire month off for a full 200-hour training. That is why we offer this 100-hour course as a flexible way to start. You can think of it as “Semester 1.” You complete the first two weeks with us now. Then you can come back whenever you are ready to finish the remaining 100 hours of the 200-hour curriculum. We usually suggest completing both halves within 24 months. This helps you keep your learning fresh and ensures you do not lose the momentum and energy you gained during your first stay with us.
Our 100-hour course is designed to give you a strong start in yoga and a clear look at how to live a balanced, yogic life. Whether you want to deepen your personal practice or you are taking your very first steps toward teaching others, this program offers a supportive and welcoming space for every student.
This program is designed to give beginners all the basic knowledge and hands-on practice they need to get started. We also offer a longer 200-hour course that is built on this same foundation.
The 200-hour program actually begins with this 100-hour curriculum during the first part of the stay. If you cannot finish the full course at once, you can complete this first half now and come back to do the rest whenever you have the time.
Keep in mind that for this 100-hour segment, you will receive a certificate of participation. Once you finish the second half of the training later on, you will earn a full 200-hour teaching certificate recognized by Yoga Alliance USA.
